HPS utilizes a systems approach to our business consulting work. In this approach, a mobile can effectively serve as a metaphor for the organization. The elements of the mobile, which are interactive and interdependent, represent the various structures and systems of the organization. Changing any one element of the mobile will affect all of the other elements, each in a unique way. This, in turn, causes each element to respond in a different way, which again impacts all of the other elements of the mobile.
